·         Clearance items are non-refundable!

·         All products must be returned unwashed and unworn with-in 7 calendar days from confirmed delivery date.

·         Refunds are given as STORE CREDIT ONLY.

·         Returns must contain a “RA” number. “RA numbers” are return authorization numbers. These are attained by contacting our company for the number. Please provide your invoice number, item name/number, your contact information, and so we may better service you please provide a reason for the return/exchange. 

·         Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

·         Return shipping is paid by the customer and must contain a tracking number & “RA number” as previously stated.

·         On returned invoice please circle invoice number & item number. Write in your “RA number”

·         Any and all credit card charge backs OR returned Checks receive an automatic $25.00 charge.

·         A 15% restocking fee will be charged with all returns/exchanges.
